Normal Contract

Most of my dogs are sold under the normal contract. These are the requirements kennel Damascus has in it's normal contracts, as well as your rights as the new owner.
You CAN NOT
-
alter the dog in any way
-
put it up for mass download
-
sell it forward without our permission
-
change the dogs show name, prefix or suffix or add something to it
You ARE REQUIRED TO
-
pay the full price of the dog
-
make an online profile for your dog withing 30 days from receiving it
-
show it actively in conformation when it is possible
-
inform me if you no longer desire to keep the dog or show it
-
return the dog if you have no plans on keeping it anymore
You are FREE TO
-
breed the dog, though we hope you will breed only when it has titled or has points
-
enter any kind of shows you like
-
register the dog elsewhere too
-
retire the dog after 6 irl months if you feel like it
All violations will result in reclaiming the puppy!

Non-breeding contract
​
Non-Breeding contract is for pet dogs. I very rarely use this contract, but when I do, the contract CAN'T BE ALTERED later. You can't breed out from a non-breeding contract dog in any case. You can, however, do shows if you like. It is just not required.

Leasing contract
​
Leasing contracts are for breeding dogs I want to lease to be later used for my own breeding program. These dogs are of top quality, the best of the best in the litter, so I don't hand them out to be housed by just anyone. Until their leasing contract is completed, they are my dogs and therefore your rights to breed and register and your requirements to show are somewhat different than in normal contracts.
You CAN NOT

breed out from it, because it is still my dog
-
register it in any other forum
You ARE REQUIRED TO

pay the full price of the dog
-
make an online profile for your dog withing 15 days from receiving it

show it actively in conformation/or any other activity mentioned when it is possible
-
inform me ASAP if you no longer desire to keep the dog or show it
-
return the dog if you have no plans on keeping or showing it anymore
-
give the dog back when it's time for whelping a litter or do stud service *
You are FREE TO
-
enter any kind of shows you like
Leasing contracts for females

one litter
Leasing contracts for males
-
two litters
After the dog has done it's part in my breeding program, the contract will change into a normal contract (see above). It is yours and you are free to register it elsewhere, breed, do activities and eventually retire the dog.
All violations will result in reclaiming the puppy!
*I have their files in my computer, so no real deleting/sending is required.
